The second session focused on program integration and organizational harmonization strategies. In this part, lecturers and students provided analysis and recommendations on how Hayrat Malaysia could coordinate its various programs to operate in an integrated and mutually supportive manner. This approach is expected to create synergy among the units and strengthen the organization’s effectiveness in achieving its vision and mission.

This Academic Study (SA) activity served as a valuable international learning forum for UNIDA Gontor students. Through ICE, students not only deepen their academic understanding but also develop strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, and social awareness within a global context.
