Academic and Student Affairs

The Academic and Student Section undertakes several responsibilities, among them are: (1) Providing letters required by students; (2) Facilitating the administration of the student learning and lecture process, including attendance sheet and class resources; (3) Coordinating the collection of KRS; (4) Coordinating the implementation of student academic activities, such as the preparation of proposals for Academic Study activities, Field Enrichment Studies, Field Enrichment Practices, and Moot Courts; (5) Coordinating registration for thesis exam; (6) Providing legalisation services for diplomas and transcripts.

Curriculum

In order to achieve its vision and mission, the Faculty of Sharia consistently addresses contemporary trends and demands by actively evaluating and enhancing its curriculum. The Department of Comparative School of Jurisprudence and Islamic Economics Law implement the Outcome Based Education (OBE) curriculum based on Permendikbud Number 3 of 2020 and Permendikbud-Ristek Number 53 of 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants for undergraduate programs must have completed high school or equivalent with strong academic performance.
  • Candidates for postgraduate programs must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s) or Master’s degree (for PhD) from an accredited institution.
  • International applicants must meet academic and language requirements for their chosen program and comply with student visa regulations.
