Arbitrer dan Mediator

Mampu menyelesaikan sengketa bisnis menggunakan pendekatan qawaid fiqhiyyah, fiqh muamalah, ushulul fiqh, dan maqashid syariah yang berbasis Islamic worldview.

Akademisi

Mampu menganalisis isu hukum ekonomi syariah secara interdisipliner berbasis thurath untuk pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat.

Peneliti

Mampu mengembangkan kajian hukum ekonomi syariah yang memadukan pendekatan tekstual dan kontekstual berbasis Islamic worldview.

Mampu menyelesaikan masalah bisnis dengan penerapan nilai-nilai syariah melalui qawaid fiqhiyyah, maqashid syariah, dan ushulul fiqh.

A Brief

The background of establishing the Islamic Economics Law Masters Program is to respond to the Indonesian people's need for Sharia Economic Law. There are still many problems faced by the Muslim community that needs to be solved by approach to sharia law, both at the level of the Religious Courts and in the community as well development of studies on Micro and Macroeconomics, including Islamic economics in Banking in several countries in the world is increasingly emphasizing the urgency and relevance of Islamic economics law. As part of the economic jihad and a form of response and responsibility of universities on developing institutions and conditions of business diversity in Indonesia, UNIDA Gontor established Master Program in Islamic Economics Law. The rise of sharia business implementation, which cannot be separated from the complexity of the new problem, inspires the UNIDA Gontor Postgraduate Program to participate play role as a role model in producing professionals, arbitrators, contract drafters with quality graduates who can solve the phenomenon of contemporary disputes by applying Islamic values comprehensively. This program is held based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Education (Directorate General of Education) Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 2343 of 2017, the accreditation status of BAN PT is Good with a score of 330 points. as for the graduate degree following the established nomenclature set by the Ministry of Education and Culture: Master of Law (M.H.).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must hold a master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
  • Candidates are required to submit a detailed research proposal aligned with the university's research priorities or their chosen field of study.
  • Proficiency in English (and/or Arabic, depending on the program) is mandatory, demonstrated by TOEFL/IELTS scores or equivalent, or through a language proficiency test conducted by the university.
