In this department, students acquire knowledge in the field of Pharmacy based on the latest and most advanced pharmaceutical services (clinics and community pharmacy). They also gain knowledge of Islam, the basis of the development of the pharmaceutical studies. It is because historical facts suggested that pharmacy had been developed well in the history of Islamic medicine. Studying pharmacy and Islam is quite possible in this campus since the students live within the pesantren dormitory system in conducive environment that enables them to integrate Islam and science. In addition, the students are also encouraged possess entrepreneur spirit.
